	实验原理:哺乳动物细胞的细胞膜是磷脂双分子层结构。正常哺乳动物的细胞膜是卵磷脂和鞘磷脂朝向细胞的外侧,而磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰丝氨酸是朝向细胞的内侧,此时APOP染料不能进入细胞内。而当细胞发生凋亡时,磷脂酰丝氨酸就会翻转到细胞膜外侧,APOP染料会随着磷脂酰丝氨酸的翻转进入到细胞内,从而给凋亡细胞染色。

	应用范围:适用于存在典型磷脂双分子层细胞膜的哺乳动物细胞,不适用于神经细胞,也不建议应用于非哺乳动物细胞。
	检测仪器:倒置显微镜、酶标仪
	试剂盒说明:该试剂盒中包含 APOPercentage 染料,能够特异性的与凋亡细胞结合,而不与坏死细胞结合,避免假阳性。通过倒置显微镜,可以观测并拍照被染色的凋亡细胞。同时,该试剂盒中还含有APOPercentage染料释放剂,能够使进入凋亡细胞中染料释放出来,从而用比色的方法进行定量。
